Details: According to journalists, in 2007, Donetsk native Alina Litvinenko purchased an estate in Kozina (Koncha Zaspa) from the British Virgin Islands Company “Medko Serviceza Limited” related to System Capital Management (SCM).

Investigation.Info journalists received a copy of the contract of sale of the house, analyzed it with a lawyer and found that the agreement was not like the real sale of property.
The lawyer of the Anti-Corruption Center “Mykola Salimov” noted that the agreement on the purchase and sale of the house stated that the payment may be made within eight years from the moment of signing the contract. At the same time, the document does not have any installment or schedule provisions, and the house itself goes to the buyer’s property the next day after signing. This practice, according to the lawyer, is quite atypical for such transactions.

The agreement by the seller was signed by Alexei Romanov – an assistant on a public basis of the People’s Deputy of the eighth convocation Yuri Voropaev, who is called the media Akhmetov’s lawyer. The interests of the buyer were represented by Andriy Mustafa, who, according to the sources of “investigation.Info” in tax, received wages in SCM.
Investigators say that they did not find any information about Alina Litvinenko in open sources – neither profiles on social networks, no contact numbers or e -mail. At the same time, they managed to find two of her photos.

In parallel, Litvinenko opened a beauty salon in Donetsk, and since 2013 she became the owner of expensive cars – among them Range Rover, Bentley, Mercedes GL 500 and Porsche Cayenne.
In 2017, the woman became the owner of Kozin-Luxe, which Akhmetov had previously owned. It is noted that there are almost 12 hectares of land in Kozin on the balance of this company.
Between 2014 and 2017, according to the investigation, Akhmetov and Litvinenko were born two children – Danish and Damir. 11-year-old Danish and 7-year-old Damira are the owners of the French company “Almaarin Properties”, which owns a chalet in Kureshevel with an area of 217 square meters. m and cost almost € 78 million.
According to the latest public report, the director of the company is Anna Nechay – daughter Yuri Voropayev. The documents of both children include Rinat Akhmetov and Alina Litvinenko. At the end of the report, there are their signatures.
