“At night, the Russian army struck the SES unit in Nikopol. Damaged windows, walls and entrance to the shelter in which rescuers were located. Due to hostile shelling, two civilian men were injured. Emergencies hid the injured people in shelter and waited for doctors. Upon arrival of emergency care workers, the Russians repeatedly struck, injuring the driver of the ambulance, – the message reads.

“The aggressor from the evening, at night and in the morning did not leave the rest of the Nikopol region. He carried out shelling, used drones-Kamikadze, dropped UAV ammunition. Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.
The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
