The AMCU was granted permission to Citadel Ventures Cyprus Limited, whose beneficiary, according to Yoiicontrol, is Krippa, to acquire control of another Cyprus company atvt Business Expo Holdings Ltd, which belongs to 50.04% in LLC.
The beneficiaries of LLC “MVC” indicate the director Anatoliy Tkachenko and Tkachenko Viktor Viktorovich.
Anatoliya Tkachenko and Olena Tkachenko directly belong to 12.49% of LLC, and another 24.98% – in the venture corporate investment fund “Asborn”, whose beneficiary is Marina Dorokhina – daughter of the famous Kiev developer of trade real estate.
In 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs increased by 71.4% to UAH 83.0 million.
According to data on the site of the center, the total area of the complex is 73.23 thousand square meters. m, the total area of exhibition halls – 38.68 thousand square meters. m. It combines four pavilions of 18 input groups and 20 freight gates (for delivery of large cargoes directly to the exhibition halls).
The International Exhibition Center positions itself as the largest exhibition building not only in Kiev but also of Ukraine.
