If Russia does not leave the killings, if it does not release prisoners and hostages, if Putin nominates unrealistic conditions, then it will mean that Russia will continue to delay the war and deserve that Europe, America and the whole world behave respectively, in particular reacted by additional sanctions. Russia should end the war that itself has started, and can start doing it any day. Ukraine is always ready for peace. ”
