After counting the votes from 100%of polling stations, the mayor of Warsaw Rafal Tshaskovsky scored 31.36%from the Party of Power, and the director of the Polish National Memory Institute Karol Navrotsky, supported by the Opposition Party “PAS” – 29.54%.
Both candidates will come together in the second round of the presidential election, which will take place on June 1.
The three anti -Ukrainian candidate Slavomir Menzen, who gained 14.81%, closes.
The fourth place was taken by another odious candidate for Grzegzh Brown with 1 242 892 votes (6.34%), and the fifth speaker of the Polish Sejm Shimon Golovna was the fifth – 978 893 votes (4.99%).
The Sunday election turnout amounted to 67.31% and was higher than in the first round of the 2020 elections, when it was 64.51%.
The highest turnout in Sunday voting was recorded in the Mazovian Voivodeship – 73.40%; The smallest people voted in the Opole Voivodeship – 57.64%.
