General Staff: There were 175 Russian attacks on the front per day

175 combat clashes were recorded at the front during the last day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in the morning summarizing.

The most clashes were in the Pokrovsky direction. “Our defenders stopped 65 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of settlements Malynivka, Mirolyubivka, Elizabeth, Lisivka, Dachenko, Zarov, Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyarivka, Novosergiyivka, Lucky, Troitskaya, Oleksevka, Andriyivka, Andriyivka Popular ravine, ”the message reads.

According to the General Staff, 24 Russian attacks were in the Novopavlovsky direction, 22 – in Lymansky, 18 – in Kursk. The fighting also lasted in Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Siversky, Kramatorsk, Toretsky, Orikhiv and Dnieper directions.

“According to the specified information, yesterday the invaders struck 78 aviation strikes in Ukraine, dropped 124 managed aviation bombs. In addition, 2904 drones of Kamikadze were involved in the defeat and 5134 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements, in particular 116-from the jet systems of volley fire, ”the report reads.

The Pokrovsky direction in the Donetsk region remains one of the hottest areas of the front. Over the last year, the largest number of combat clashes is mainly recorded there.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in February, 3274 fighting was recorded at the front, and in March there were 4270. The vast majority of them in the Donbass, which, according to military and analysts, is the main purpose of this year’s spring and summer campaign of Russia.
