US Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed in a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov results of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations, which took place the day before in Istanbul, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
