The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court refused to mitigate the measure of the expert of the Khmelnytsky Regional MSEC.

“Having considered in the open court in the courtroom in the criminal proceedings No. 6202424240010000369 of 01.07.2024 the request of the defender to change the measure of restraint suspected, the court ruled: in satisfying the petition of the defender for a change of restraint, applied.
It is noted that the decree shall come into force from the moment of its proclamation and is not subject to appeal.
Earlier, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court continued until May 18, the excavity measure of Khmelnitsky MSEC, Tatiana Krupa, in the form of detention with the possibility of bail of UAH 230 million.
