The player of the first team of Real was initiated by a criminal case. What is the guilty?

The Investigative Court of the Spanish island Grand Canaria has officially initiated a criminal case against Real Madrid defender Raul Asensio and his former comrades on the youth team of the club Andres Garcia, Ferrana Ruys and Juan Rodriguez for recording sexual videos of two women, one of which was a minor.

According to a report published on Wednesday in the afternoon by the High Court of the Canary Islands, the judge who conducted the case issued a decision to terminate the investigation and an official criminal proceedings against four suspects. The investigator in the case revealed signs of asensio and his three comrades of the following crimes: disclosure of secrecy without consent and violation of privacy; distribution and sending of video materials to third parties without the victim’s warning or consent; recruiting or using minors for pornographic purposes and storing child pornography.
