“Given numerous appeals, I want to report that Oleg Vladimirovich Gladkovsky is not detained. Yes, he is in Spain, but with regard to it was not made by the Spanish court to keep it or make bail as a condition of release, ”the statement said.
With regard to the search, the defense party considers that “it is artificial, since the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and the court, the defense party was informed in advance of the location of Gladkovsky OV, both the exact address of his residence and the means of communication.”
