Mykola Balakin from the Kiev region was appointed main arbiter of the meeting. The side judges will be Alexander Berkut from Sumy and Dmitry Zaporozhenko from Zaporozhye. The fourth referee is Dmitry Panchyshyn (Kharkiv).
The match will be conducted on May 14 at the central stadium in Zhytomyr. Starting at 6:30 pm Kyiv time.
