Details: Around 19:40, on Thursday, on the H-12 highway “Sumy-Poltava”, near the village of Grebenikivka, Okhtyrsky district, there was a road accident with the participation of three vehicles.

According to preliminary data, the driver of the DAF truck with a semi -trailer, lost control due to a rupture of the wheel. As a result, the truck went to the oncoming lane, where there was a frontal collision with another Volvo FH13460 truck with a trailer.
As a result of the impact, both trucks lit up. Unfortunately, the drivers of both trucks were killed at the scene.
Photo of SESImmediately after the collision, a VAZ-21099 passenger car, moving behind Volvo, also got into the accident. As a result of this collision, the driver and passenger of the car were injured in varying severity and were hospitalized.
During the elimination of the consequences of the accident, the experts of the emergency and rescue part with the help of a special tool unblock the bodies of two dead drivers-1967 and 1984.
The fire was localized at 21:14, completely eliminated at 23:01.
On this fact, criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of traffic safety rules. The pre -trial investigation is ongoing.
