According to the investigation, the official, using the official position and involving the military and employees of the National Academy, began the construction of a private house.
During the investigation, on May 6, law enforcement officers conducted sanctioned searches at the place of residence of the person involved in the case, at the place of construction of his own house, as well as in office premises where objects and official documentation, which is relevant for pre -trial investigation, were seized.
In particular, a large number of property with the inventory numbers of the Academy – beds, air conditioners, heaters, souvenir products, as well as construction materials (tile, laminate) purchased at the expense of the state budget were found in the construction territory.
The Vice -Rector of the National Academy was detained as a result of the assessment base of the Vice -Rector of the National Academy.
It is noted that on May 8, the court seized it with the possibility of bail in the amount of 450 thousand UAH. Tkachuk was removed from office.
The exact amount of losses caused to the state is established.
