Polish carriers have announced a new protest action on the Ukrainian border. The blockade is expected at the checkpoint “Dorogosk – Yagodin”. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Committee of Protection of Carriers and Transport Employers of Poland.

– disappointed by the lack of actions by the Polish government, we want to restore the balance in the transport market, which was violated after the cancellation of permits for Ukrainian carriers, – noted in the committee.

The organizers of the action explained their decision by the lack of response from the Polish authorities to the requirements to limit access to Ukrainian carriers to the domestic market.

According to RBC-Ukraine, at the moment the exact start of the protest and its duration are not disclosed.

Yagodin – Dorogusk checkpoint is an important automobile crossing between Ukraine and Poland, located in the Volyn region, on the international route E373 (Kiev – Kovel – Lublin). This item is one of the most loaded on the Ukrainian-Polish border and serves a significant flow of freight and passenger transport.
