Under the procedural guidance of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the field of defense of the Eastern region, it was notified of the suspicion of the Armed Forces serviceman of the state treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the suspect established a connection in the messenger of “telegrams” with hostile agents. According to their guidelines, he agreed to pass up -to -date data on the preparation, planning, use of troops, organization of combat operations of the Armed Forces and accurate coordinates of the place of dislocation of the military unit where he was directly serving.
Thanks to the coordinated actions of the suspect law enforcement officers were exposed. During the search, mobile phones were removed with evidence of correspondence with hostile agents of the Russian Federation.
He is currently chosen by a pre -trial detention measure without bail.
