The Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk region declared bankrupt and opened the liquidation procedure of PJSC “Dniprovsky Mineral Fertilizer Plant” in Kamianske.
This is evidenced by the court decision of April 22.
The enterprise was in a pre -location for a long time, before the full -scale war its debts exceeded UAH 1 billion.
In February 2022, the enterprise introduced the procedure of rehabilitation (financial recovery) for a term of five years and 11 months.
The remediation plan envisaged the restoration of production through long -term contracts for processing of raw materials. Half of the plant’s debts were to be written off and the rest of the amount was to be exterminated for six years.
The plan failed.
In 2022-2023, the enterprise repaid 10% of the requirements of the fourth (largest) turn of creditors for a total amount of UAH 44.9 million.
But due to Russian military aggression and martial law in Ukraine, the company faced the problems of supplying raw materials that came in the sea and stopped in 2024.
As of March 2025, current wage debts (UAH 15.8 million) were accumulated, to the Pension Fund (UAH 48 million), taxes and fees (UAH 18.1 million), for utilities (UAH 0.75 million).
Because of this, the sanitation manager appealed to the court for early termination of the rehabilitation procedure and the opening of the liquidation procedure.
