The protest organizers claim that the cause of the tragedy was corruption in the government, which led to a negligent and dangerous repair of the station building.

Students of Serbian universities and their teachers were a key force of nationwide demonstrations that also reflect more dissatisfaction with Vicich’s board.

Recall that recently Vuchich said that he would resign if he is shown proofs of the use of “sound gun” on protests.
