As of March 31, 2025, the state and state debt of Ukraine amounted to UAH 7 123.25 billion, or $ 171.73 billion.
In March 2025, the amount of state and state debt guaranteed in UAH increased by UAH 103.48 billion, and in the dollar equivalent state and government guaranteed debt increased by $ 2.64 billion.
Recall:
International Monetary Fund predictsthat the total public debt of Ukraine in 2025 will increase to 110% of the gross domestic product (GDP) of the country.
At the same time, the Fund expected that Ukraine’s total public debt will decrease to 108.5% next year, followed by a decrease in reduction.
