The proceedings were opened on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-declaration of false information.
The sanction of the article provides for a fine or 2 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to 3 years.
