On April 30, 2025, the College of Judges of WACS announced a conviction 4 former officials of the branch of the Center for Transport Service “Liski” PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, exposed to abuse of their official position and seizure of funds of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” in the amount fuel in LLC “Rock Terzium”. However, the actually these materials were not supplied to the paroes, for which the fuel supply contracts were concluded or to the leased tanks.

The sentence of the court was found guilty of committing the crimes under Part 5 of Art. 191 and Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and punishment in the form of 8 and 9 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy management positions at enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership for a term of three years, with confiscation of property. At the same time, the court released persons from serving a sentence under Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in connection with the expiration of limitation periods.
According to the court, the two accused changed the pre -trial detention measure prior to the entry into force. The court decided to take the person in the courtroom.
Two more accused was taken precautions in the form of 24 -hour house arrest.
The sentence of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court shall enter into force thirty days from the date of its pronouncement, unless it is appealed to the WACS Chamber.
