In Kupyansk forces of the Russian Federation, the explosives from the drone to the car were damaged, the doctor – Sinegubov was injured

In the city of Kupyansk in Kharkiv region, the forces of the Russian Federation dropped out explosives from a drone to a civilian car, said Oleg Synigubov, the head of the regional military administration (OVA).

“A 35-year-old local doctor suffered a hostile blow from the injury. He was provided first aid, ”the Ova chairman said.

Sinegubov said that the Russian army is constantly attacking Kupyansk from all types of weapons, the situation in the city remains tense.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
