According to law enforcement officers, in Nikolaev on the avenue of Heroes of Ukraine, a man shot in another after comment on his behavior during the conflict. The victim with severe injuries was hospitalized.
According to the police, a controversy has arisen in the store between men because of a state of alcohol intoxication of one of them. After a verbal altercation, a drunk person already got a gun on the street and shot a man in his chest, then fled, law enforcement officers.
It is known that the victim, a 26-year-old man, took an ambulance. His condition is evaluated by doctors as severe.
“Today, thanks to the CCTV cameras of the Safe City system, law enforcement officers quickly installed and detained the man,” – said Oleg Senkevich, the head of the Nikolaev Ova.
According to police, the attacker was a 38-year-old local resident, and he was detained in the order of Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.
“He is charged with an attempt on premeditated murder on hooligan motives (Part 2 of Article 15, Part 2 of Article 7 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides up to 15 years in prison. Weapons, pre -traumatic action, were seized and sent for examination. Police also determine how the gun got into the hands of the attacker. The pre -trial investigation is ongoing, ”law enforcement officers say.
