Kuzina is accused of committing a terrorist attack, illegal circulation and manufacturing of explosives and explosive devices.

According to the investigation, Kuzin laid a homemade explosive device under the Volkswagen Golf car, which he purchased earlier and then parked near the house in Balashikha, where General Moskalik lived.

Kuzin, according to the investigation, prepared a bomb on April 23 and fled, for committing a crime, he was promised $ 18,000. The bomb itself was put into operation on April 25, according to the investigation, remotely from the territory of Ukraine.

The explosion, which resulted in Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalik, happened on the morning of April 25. The car exploded when the Moskalik left the entrance and passed the car.

Hnat Kuzina was detained the next day after the explosion. The FSB called it “agent of Ukrainian special services”. It is known that he has a residence permit in Ukraine.
