The treaty provides for the involvement of 270 million euros from the EBRD under state guarantees, which will be accompanied by a grant from the Norway government of 140 million euros.
Naftogaz of Ukraine will receive funds, which will allow it to import large volumes of natural gas for preparation for the next heating season.
After a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the EBRD has already attracted more than six billion euros for Ukraine in the form of loans, grants and guarantees.
“In the public sector, together we implement 12 projects, including in the field of energy, logistics, critical infrastructure”, – the Prime Minister emphasized.
With the EBRD President, he discussed the prospects for further cooperation in the sphere of distributed generation, restoration of hydropower, gas and transport industries, as well as support of the private sector, including small and medium -sized businesses.
Earlier, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development within the coalition of the devices transferred 600 laptops to the educators of Donetsk region and Luhansk region.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development predicts that its investments in Ukraine will be 1.5 billion euros next year. But volumes can be higher.
