In the city of Nizhyn, the Chernihiv region has a high -profile incident – unknown persons attacked a man who is a serviceman.
This was reported on April 23 by the National Police of the region. Doctors who were the first to arrive at the scene found numerous bodily injuries in the victim. The victim was hospitalized at the hospital to provide the necessary medical care.
Subsequently, militiamen found out that the attack happened on April 20. They received information about the incident from social networks, where eyewitnesses to the event reported the brutal beating of the military.
The police immediately started a pre -trial investigation to identify the persons involved in the attack. Law enforcement officers are currently gathering evidence and interviewing possible witnesses to find malefactors as soon as possible.
Information on the event has already been entered in the Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations on the grounds of the crime provided for in part two of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “hooliganism”.
This crime is a strict punishment, because it is an attack that was accompanied by special boldness and caused significant harm to the health of the victim.
