Every day at 9 am, Ukrainians honored the memory of people whose lives took away the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today Sport.ua recalls Vitaliy Vlasov, a boxer from Kryvyi Rih, who managed to work at a coke plant, but later devoted himself to the army and in the ranks of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade “Cold Yar” gave the enemy the most rewarding at the beginning of the full war. The warrior was 23-year-old, exactly three years ago, on April 23, 2022 in Kharkiv region. Later, the brother of Vitaliy Maxim was captured. But fortunately, he was already managed to free him.

Career Vitaliy Vlasov was born on March 23, 1999 in Kryvyi Rih in Sicheslav. In his childhood and in his youth, Vitaliy established himself as a skillful boxer, repeated champion and winner of the regional competitions of Sicheslav region.

In 2019, Vitaliy settled an electric gas station for a specialized repair shop of coke chemical production “ArcelorMittal”. Despite his short work experience, the guy managed to show himself as a good employee and a balanced person.

Combat experience Vlasov worked for a long time at the plant, because a few months later he was drafted into conscript service to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After its completion, Vitaliy remained under contract.

At the time of the start of a full-scale invasion of Vlasov served in the 93rd separate mechanized brigade “Cold Yar”, which was one of the first to repel the occupier.

The last battle of Vitaliy Vlasov took place on April 23, 2022 near the village of Chervona Izyum district in Kharkiv region. His relatives and relatives learned about the death of the hero only in early May.

Family Vitaliy had parents and a younger brother – a fighter of the National Guard of Ukraine Maxim Vlasov, who spent two years in a hostile captivity and later, fortunately, was released after the exchange of prisoners.

Honoring At the end of May 2022, Vitaliy Vlasov was awarded the Order of Courage of the 3rd degree (posthumously).
