Details: The criminal case has been initiated by the State Committee of National Security.

The journalists learned that one of the arrested was the employee of the Russian House (Representation of the Rosssphere) in the city of OSh Natalia Sekirin. She has been charged with a criminal article “Recruitment, Financing, Financing, Education, Education of Merzes for use in armed conflicts of other countries”.

The second arrested, according to Radio Azatik, is the employee of the press service of the City Hall Osh Sergey Lapushkin. He is accused of MU to proclaim “organization of recruitment, financing, financial support, training of mercenaries for the use of other states in armed conflicts.”

In addition to Secernay and Lapushkin, two more people have been detained in this case. Their persons are currently unknown. All four were arrested by June 17 by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court.

Earlier, several citizens in Kyrgyzstan were convicted of a hire for participation in the war of Russia against Ukraine.
