Ukraine has received a new IT Coalition Equipment, financed by Luxembourg and Iceland. The total cost of assistance is almost 2 million euros.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on Monday, April 21.

The new batch of equipment has entered:

  • 3 288 access points of different models;
  • 500 routers;
  • 460 charging stations with solar panels;
  • 872 Phones.

“I thank the IT Coalition countries for increasing the technological stability of our army. With this equipment we will increase the capacity for qualitative and reliable communication in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is very important at the line of combat clash, ” – said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digitalization Kateryna Chernororenko.

IT Coalition is one of the coalitions of capacity within the contact group on Defense of Ukraine (Ramstein format). Its purpose is to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense in the fields of information technology, communication and cybersecurity.

The coalition includes Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden and Japan. Its leaders are Estonia and Luxembourg.

According to the Defense Ministry, it is the third delivery from the IT coalition in 2025. In January this year, within the framework of the Estonia, the Netherlands and Luxembourg initiative, equipment was given to Ukraine worth 3.3 million euros, as well as in February by 7.5 million euros.
