Since the launch of the State Program of Affordable Mortgage “Eosel”, 16 517 Ukrainian families have been able to buy housing. The total amount of loans issued within the program reached UAH 27.151 billion.

The program provides preferential conditions for servicemen, law enforcement officers, physicians, educators, scientists and their families – for them the mortgage rate is only 3%. Other citizens without their own housing, including veterans, combatants and internally displaced persons, can receive loans at 7%.
“This year alone, 1,677 Ukrainians have taken advantage of buying housing under the Eosel Program. The total amount of such loans exceeded UAH 3 billion. The program is flexible, meets the needs of the time and is focused, in particular, on youth and IDPs, ”Telup stressed.
Last week, 94 loans totaling UAH 183.7 million were issued. Of these, preferential loans under 3% received:
- 34 servicemen and representatives of security structures,
- 7 doctors,
- 4 educators,
- 3 scientists.
Under 7% of lending used:
- 35 citizens without their own housing,
- 8 internally displaced persons,
- 3 veterans.
Regarding the type of real estate: 54 borrowers purchased housing in the primary market, 15 of them at the construction stage. Another 40 loans were issued to buy housing in the secondary market.
Earlier, we wrote that in 2024 in Ukraine, we recorded the growth of real estate purchase and sale agreements-notaries testified to more than 452 thousand contracts, which is 12% more than in 2023. At the same time, this figure is still 28% lower than to a full -scale invasion.
Also we will remind that the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vitaliy Koval together with the chairman of the board of Ukrfinzhitlo, Yevgeny Metzger, discussed the launch of an accessible mortgage “Eosel” for the villagers.
