The National Asset Investigation and Management Agency (ARMA) has implemented Nika Spirit arrested through ProZorro’s electronic auction. Despite the considerable wear and tear and the need for expensive repairs, the asset was able to sell almost three times more expensive than the initial assessment.

According to the agency, a vessel worn by 80% and at least UAH 20 million in investments for recovery was previously estimated at UAH 2.4 million. However, according to competitive bidding, it was sold for UAH 6.4 million.
Four applicants participated in the auction, which indicates a high interest in the object even in such a state. The ARMA emphasizes that the transparency of the process, competition and the effective strategy allowed the state to gain maximum benefit from the sale of seized property.
Earlier, we wrote that the National Asset Management Agency (ARMA) announces the selection of a manager for the arrested Russian vessel Volgoneft-268. Its value is estimated at almost UAH 26.5 million.
