Suspicion was informed under Part 2 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – hooliganism committed by a group of persons.
According to police, on April 18 in the Dniprovsky district of Kiev, a group of young men provoked a conflict with a serviceman, after which, having overthrown him to the ground, began to beat his hands and feet.
Then law enforcement officers detained two violators at the scene, two more attackers detained the next day. The detainees are locals, three of whom are 17, another 15 years old.
The Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for less strict conditions of criminal liability and punishment of minors who have committed a criminal offense.
