RF strike by Kharkov: The number of victims has increased again

As a result of the Russian rocket strike, one person was killed on Kharkiv. The blow happened around 5 am on April 18. According to the prosecutor’s office, rockets, which Russian troops hit Kharkiv, were blown up in the air, which caused significant losses.

According to Sergei Bolvinov, the chairman of the Investigative Department of the National Police of Kharkiv Region, explosives found that the Russian Army used 9m727 rocket – an analogue of the American Tomahawk.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
