Details: According to the investigation, the private company appealed to the KSCA with a request to make 35 applications for 31 persons in the electronic information system “Path”. These men seemed to be a gas truck drivers and had to bring diesel fuel to Ukraine for humanitarian purposes.
Law enforcement officers found that individual drivers did not even have the required category of driver’s licenses that would allow cargo transportation. Some of these drivers did not return from a business trip.
In this way, from May to June 2022, in the agreement of the deputy chairman of the KSCA using its digital signature, permission to cross the border through the “Way” system was received by 31 people.
The issue of election of a preventive measure is being resolved. The sanction of the article provides for up to 7 years in prison.
It is noted that in the other criminal proceedings, initiated on the facts of abuse of office officials of the KSCA in the interests of business entities related to the environment of Prokopiv, the pre -trial investigation is ongoing. In October 2024, the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko dismissed the duties of the deputy chairman of the KSCA Volodymyr Prokopov after the investigation of Bihus.info on the seizure of a number of objects of communal real estate in Kiev by friends of the deputy mayor.
