Mining Agreement – What is known

On April 9, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allocated UAH 113 million for consulting services to prepare the project on the US fossil agreement, and instructed to involve consultants immediately. The Ministry of Economy allocated UAH 59 million, and the Ministry of Justice – UAH 54 million.

On April 12, Reuters, citing an informed source, reported that the US and Ukraine delegations had held intense negotiations in Washington on mineral production – however, the prospects for achieving breakthrough remain small because of Antagonistic ”atmosphere of discussions.
