The 42-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to share an image that showed her tanning on an idyllic beach in the Croatian city of Dubrovnik.
Taken back in 2019, the throwback photo showed Jelena sitting on a rocky shoreline, looking out over crystal clear water.
With her back to camera, Jelena showed off her svelte form in an electric blue two piece bikini.
‘Mentally here. Plus, it’s only Tuesday,’ she captioned the photo, augmenting the sentiment with laughing emojis.
‘You were only a baby in that photo,’ one fan commented on the post.
‘Look how far you’ve come Jelena.’
‘Lap it Jelena and Happy Easter to you, hope it’s as relaxing as it looks on that beach,’ another added, while a third offered: ‘Jelena, you are truly inspiring and I see you going from strength to strength.’
Jelena shared a similarly stunning throwback image last week that showed her, again clad in a two-piece bikini, posing in front of a coastal scene.
Captioning the image, Jelena said that she was looking forward to some much-needed time off, including a European summer.
‘When you are working more than ever and loving it but you are also mentally here going into your first weekend off in 7 weeks. Yep. Can’t wait for July and summer in Europe. Motivation.’
Jelena has been sharing her weight-loss journey with her fans over the past few months.
In March, the Nine commentator shared a side-by-side image that showed before and after her weight loss.
Captioning the photo, Jelena offered an inspirational sentiment about body positivity.
‘What is the difference between the two images??? Nothing except what you see on the outside. My BODY SIZE,’ she began.
‘I am the same hardworking person, respectful, generous, empathetic, compassionate, humble, kind, driven, strong, resilient, capable and loving person, woman and friend.
‘What really matters is not different.’
Jelena urged her followers to look beyond the superficial and not judge people based on their size.
‘Instead, appreciate and focus on what is on the inside,’ Jelena wrote.
‘Beauty has nothing to do with looks. It’s how you are as a person. It’s how you make others feel especially about themselves.
‘No beauty shines brighter than that of a kind heart. Let your eyes see souls and not bodies. And never body shame anyone.’
Jelena recently revealed she had lost 20kg in 10 months after having an eating disorder for two decades.
Taking to Instagram in June, the commentator shared a post comparing her current appearance with how she looked back in 2023.
In the caption, she stressed that she was happy in both pictures, adding that weight loss was not the goal but simply a ‘byproduct’ of adopting healthier habits.
‘This is about HEALTH and not SIZE,’ she continued.
‘So many questions about me getting healthier, which has seen me lose weight. Weight loss was not a priority; it’s a byproduct of looking after my health.’
Some had raised the dangers of crash-dieting, but Jelena responded: ‘I didn’t lose weight quickly. I lost 20 kilos in just under 10 months. Nothing fast.’
Jelena explained she had lost the weight because of ‘a family history of diabetes’ and having been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure.
She also revealed how she did it: ‘I stopped eating late at night, especially things like burgers, pizza, fries and desserts. They made me feel so sluggish when I would wake up.’
