On April 15, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Bill 11044, which abolished the ban on check -ups for mobing employees.

About it writes a forensic newspaper. The publication reminded that on December 23, 2022, the Law on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses was enforced, under which mobing (harassment) of the employee entails a fine of up to 3400 UAH or community service. Project 11044 was developed, in particular, in connection with the increase in the number of mobing appeals to the State Labor Service. At the time of martial law, a ban on relevant inspections was imposed, but now the Verkhovna Rada abolished it.

Mobing consists in violation of human rights directly in labor relations, which is manifested by psychological, economic pressure for humiliation, in order to bring it to release, etc.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has prepared a draft new Labor Code, which should replace the Labor Code (Labor Code) of 1971.
