The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved in the second reading and in general, the bill No. 12373, which is intended to improve the process of management and write -off of military property, which has been lost or damaged during hostilities.
321 MPs voted in favor of the document. The law allows the commanders of military units and the relevant officials to make their own decisions on the write -off of property, the value of which does not exceed UAH 1.7 million per unit or within one act.
From now on, in the event of destruction, damage or loss of military property as a result of combat damage or combat mission, such property can be written off by a single act without additional approval – except when it is about real estate.
Also, under the law, an official investigation into the causes of loss or damage to property may not be carried out in cases provided for by law.
Earlier, we wrote that on April 15, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill 11044, which abolished the ban on the check of employers for mobing – staff.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has prepared a draft new Labor Code, which should replace the Labor Code (Labor Code) of 1971.
