The National Guard of Ukraine created two buildings-they were headed by the commander of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade “Azov” Colonel Denis Prokopenko (Redis) and the commander of the 13th Brigade of Operational Purpose of NSU “Charter” Colonel Igor Oblynensky (Cornet).
