The Deputy Head of the Center for Information Resources of the Ministry of Defense Charlotte Khmelnitskaya reported her unexpected transfer from the department to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to her, the decision was made without warning, and she called the process “forced” and regarded as a “way of massacre” with disagreement.
Khmelnitskaya published an appropriate order signed by the Armed Forces Commander -in -Chief Alexander Syrsky, dated April 12. She noted that the document provides for the transfer of 30% of the Ministry of Defense’s employees into troops.
The former official emphasized that she was not warned about such a decision, and the order itself received suddenly.
In her post, Khmelnitskaya mentioned the adviser to the Minister of Defense on communications Kirill Tymoshenko and his team. She claims that they are “cleaning” the agency from those who “interfere with their way.”
According to her, Tymoshenko and his environment fully control personnel issues in the field of communications of the Ministry of Defense.
Despite the situation, Khmelnitskaya declared her readiness to return to service in the army. She recalled that she was transferred to the Defense Ministry to implement military media reform and communications, but her vision did not coincide with the approaches of the current communications advisor.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on Khmelnytsky’s statement to transfer it.
We will remind, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to combine two key purchasing agencies – the Agency of Defense Procurement (AOP) and the state operator of the rear (DOT).
We have already reported that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has prepared a bill that regulates the issue of demobilization of servicemen.
