Artyukh responded to charges about organizing a military awarding on a missile strike on Sumy

After the Russian attack on Sumy Center on April 13, the chairman of Sumy Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Artyukh, commented on the accusations of organizing awarding the military in the city on the day of the tragedy.

Mayor of Konotop Artem Semenikhin earlier stated that Artyukh was the initiator of the event for the 117 of the territorial defense brigade at the Congress Center.

On April 13, at about 10:15, the Russian military struck two missile strikes in the center of Sumy. Subsequently, the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak said that Russian troops used a rocket with cassette ammunition. According to the latest data, 35 people were killed due to the attack, including two children. 120 people sought medical help: 105 adults and 15 children.
