Police detained a resident of the Izmail district for obstruction of the legitimate activity of the servicemen of the Tax Code and JV. Threatening carbine, he forced the CCC staff to release his acquaintances.
According to the National Police of Odessa, a few days ago, representatives of the Izmail RTC and ZP were stopped at one of the checkpoints in the Safyanovsky community in the Safyanovsky community to check two men. The latter did not provide their documents, but reported that they would allegedly brought them to whom they were immediately called. Soon an armed man arrived on the car, who sent carbine to servicemen through the window of the vehicle and threatened it with use, and then ordered comrades to get into the car and fled.
The police investigative team searched for all three citizens. They were locals. The driver was detained, and his passengers were handed over to the CCC and JV for inspection. During the search at the place of residence of the detainee, the car on which he was moving, a smooth -bore rifle and a muffin with a muffler to him, as well as 158 rounds of different caliber, were removed.
The 44-year-old person informed about suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-in obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in a special period. The issue of election of a suspect is resolved. According to the current legislation, the man is threatened with imprisonment for up to eight years.
