Ukraine has fulfilled 81% of its obligations under the Association Agreement with the European Union, Prime Minister Denis Shmigal said.

“Ukraine has fulfilled 81% of its obligations under the Association Agreement with the EU. The greatest progress is recorded in the field of intellectual property, in education, information exchange, humanitarian policy, justice, public procurement, national security. In these and other industries, Ukraine has fulfilled more than 90% of obligations, ”Shmigal wrote in a telegram based on the 10th meeting of the Council of the EU-Ukraine Association.

According to him, in 2024 Ukraine also achieved special success in the sectors of customs, medicine and finance.

“We once again demonstrate that they are able to go to membership in the European Union quickly and efficiently. Already this year, we are striving to open all six clusters in the negotiations on EU accession, as well as to deepen sectoral integration, ”the Prime Minister added.
