Details: Perebinis reported that on April 14 at foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine State flags will be released around the world, as well as open books of mourning for the victims of the Russian blow on Sumy.

Sadovy reported that in Lviv On April 13 and 14, state flags on the town hall and administrative buildings of the city will be released for the dead in Sumy.
On Kyiv region April 14 will announce the day of mourning and the state flags will be released.
Igor Terekhov noted that on April 14 at KharkivAs in a number of other cities of Ukraine, the day of mourning will be announced for the dead as a result of a missile strike.
