The Kremlin also published a statement about the results of the negotiations, which, among other things, stated that the Russian Federation and the USA agreed to develop measures to ban strikes on the objects of energy of Russia and Ukraine for a period of 30 days, starting on March 18, 2025. Washington’s statement did not specify the exact dates.
In addition, Moscow stated that an agreement to ensure in the Black Sea of safety of navigation was allegedly entered into force after removing a number of sanctions from the Russian Federation. Washington did not mention this condition in his statement.
