The Spanish Laiga on her official website published a statement of intention to immediately challenge the decision of the High Council on Sports (CSD), which satisfied the appeal of Barcelona’s football players Dan Olmo and Pau Victor.

Earlier, Barcelona won an appeal to refuse to register players by the end of the season by La League and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).

“La Liga confirms its commitment to the legality, competitive justice and objective application of the rules in the field of economic control and registration of players, so La Liga does not consider the above decision as legal and immediately appeal to it,” – said in La League.

At the same time, Barcelona posted her statement, in which she was convinced that she has rightly won an appeal to register players.

“The Higher Sports Council granted the appeal of Olmo, Victor and Barcelona on January 7, and annulled the treaty reached by the Coordination Agreement Monitoring Committee between the Spanish Football and La League.

According to the CSD statement, during and after this consideration of the parties’ arguments, it was clearly and undoubtedly established that the committee had no authority to make a decision on the initial registration of players.

Thus, Olmo and Victor retain their current licenses and can act until the end of the season, ” – said Blaugrans.

After 29 tours Barcelona heads La League, ahead of Real Madrid to three points. The next match “Blaugranas” will be held against Betis – the game will take place tomorrow, April 5, at 22:00 for Kiev.
