Noble was transferred to another job in the office of the Deputy Minister of Defense for Intelligence. Ho, who held this position more than a year ago, was on a business trip and could not comment on his release.
The Washington Post informs that the reasons for its resignation and transfer of Noble remain unknown. Lieutenant General William J. Hartman became the NSA director, and Sheila Thomas, who worked as the Executive Director, became his temporary deputy.
