Details: According to the Minister, since March 1, the MOU was preparing the system for launch: the employees of the VLK were trained, registered in the e -office. Teams from Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv and Khmelnitsky regions were most active in the transition.
Umerov notes that the reform of the VLK is part of a large transformation that the MOU is implemented together with the Ministry of Health, the General Staff of the Armed Forces and international partners – with the support of the governments of the United Kingdom and Germany, the BRDO effective regulation office and a special defense adviser.
