The court of Kormyshkin was imposed on a final punishment in the form of 5 years of imprisonment with a fine of 4000 non -taxable minimum incomes of citizens (68 thousand UAH), with deprivation of the right to occupy positions related to the performance of functions of the state or local self -government, for a period of 2 years.

Prehistory:
- On October 7, 2024, law enforcement officers informed Irina Kormishkin about suspicion of illegal enrichment of over UAH 20 million.
- After that, the court elected a deputy a preventive measure in the form of a personal bail. The guarantors were identified by two persons: the head of the “servant of the people” faction in the Verkhovna Rada of David Arahami and the head of the Nikolaev regional military administration Vitaliy Kima.
- At the beginning of January 2025, NABU and SAP reported Kormyshkin about another suspicion – in the introduction of false data in the electronic declaration of property.
- On January 23, in the case of Kormyshkina’s illegal enrichment, she was informed about the suspicion of her husband, who tried to legalize her property.
