The explosion in the car occurred on March 20 at about 1:40 pm on Kyiv Street. The explosion was injured by the driver and the passenger – they were hospitalized.
The SBU classifies an explosion in the Central Center of Rivne as an attempt at a terrorist attack and has already opened the corresponding criminal proceedings.
The intelligence service and the National Police are taking comprehensive measures to establish all the circumstances of the explosion and the persons involved in it.
