Zelensky: Putin has rejected the ceasefire offer and attacks civilian infrastructure

“Today, Putin has actually rejected the proposal of a complete ceasefire,” Zelensky emphasized.

The President called on the international community to respond to Russian shelling with new sanctions, an increase in military assistance and to strengthen security guarantees for Ukraine.
